Call the club (number is on the gate) for assistance.
I have been asked to open the gate for another member who is unable to open the gate. Should I open the gate? They have a membership tag.
Absolutely not. It is the responsibility of that member to go through correct channels to get an access code. (Tags have been given for many years, maybe they did not pay for a new membership, maybe they have been suspended or have no valid PAL).
Opening the gate for another person puts “YOUR” membership in jeopardy.
It is your responsibility to report your lost access card to firstname.lastname@example.org so they can deactivate that card. The cost of a replacement card is $30.
