MOTION (24-33) by Member (06) to elect Eugene Gervais as President, Kevin Gagne as Vice President, Will MacDonald as Treasurer and Brad LeMaistre as Secretary. Seconded by Member (24). Carried.
MOTION (24-34) by Member (262) to change signing authority on all Rocky Rod and Gun Club accounts at the Rocky Credit Union to Eugene Gervais (president), Kevin Gagne (vice president) and Will McDonald (treasurer) the authority to sign the club’s checks, and/or electronic cash transfers rest with two out of the three authorized directors. The effective date of this new authority is April 4th, 2024. Seconded by Member (24). Carried.
MOTION (24-35) by Member (06) to present IPSC with a revised rental contract for Ranges B, C, D, E, F, G, for $1800 plus GST, prop rental at $250 plus GST per day for June 8-9th and remove the $30 guest fee previously quoted. Seconded by Member (05). Carried.
MOTION (24-36) by Member (24) to remove the guest fee charge from range rentals, non -profit or business. Seconded by Member (05). Carried.
MOTION (24-37) by Member (06) to hire David Schoenberg to instruct 4 holster courses May 18th /19th at $1200 per day. Seconded by Member (05). Carried.
MOTION (24-38) by Member (06) that the instructors are reimbursed $100 for any member who requires a personal orientation. Seconded by Member (27). Carried.
MOTION (24-39) by Member (06) for a budget of $100 to install a 2 plate racks for reloading. Seconded by Member (27). Carried.
