* Cancellations are required 30 days prior to rental date for damage deposit to be returned
* Non-profit or non-member groups require a list of shooters’ names and liability waivers signed.
* Renter may provide their own RSO but must meet RRGC specifications.
* Range will be inspected prior to and after use to determine if damage occurred or cleanup required.
* Users will be responsible for any damage to facilities.
* Proof of Liability Insurance is mandatory.
* Users will follow RRGC Range Rules and protocols.
* Spent brass, shotgun hulls to be picked up, removed from the range, and properly disposed of.
* Targets, ammo boxes to be removed and properly disposed of.
* Users to supply their own targets and holders.
